As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the typical process for having equipment fixed. Pain points he aimed to solve included customers needing to sort out the logistics of transporting their own equipment to a store for fixing, lengthy turnaround times and unfair price markups being put upon customers.
