As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard procedure for having equipment fixed. Pain points he aimed to address included customers having to sort out the logistics of transporting their own items to a shop for repair, long turnaround times and unfair price escalations being transferred to customers. Ryan felt it was time for resistance. So, he established his own mobile repair service for items spanning from lawn tractors to golf carts to handheld maintenance tools such as chainsaws.
