As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard process for having equipment fixed. Concerns he set out to solve were customers having to sort out the details of bringing their own equipment to a store for repair, long turnaround times and unfair price markups being put upon customers. Ryan decided it was high time for resistance.
