As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard process for getting equipment fixed. Pain points he aimed to solve included customers having to figure out the details of bringing their own equipment to a store for fixing, long turnaround times and unfair price escalations being transferred to customers.
