As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the standard process for having equipment repaired. Pain points he set out to solve were customers needing to sort out the logistics of bringing their own items to a shop for repair, long turnaround times and unfair price escalations being put upon customers.
