As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the typical procedure for having equipment repaired. Pain points he aimed to solve were customers needing to figure out the logistics of bringing their own equipment to a store for repair, long wait times and unfair price markups being put upon customers.
