As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the standard process for getting equipment repaired. Concerns he aimed to solve were customers having to sort out the logistics of bringing their own equipment to a store for repair, long turnaround times and sky-high price markups being put upon customers.
