As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard process for having equipment fixed. Pain points he set out to address were customers needing to figure out the logistics of bringing their own items to a store for repair, lengthy turnaround times and unfair price markups being put upon customers.
