As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the standard procedure for getting equipment fixed. Pain points he aimed to address included customers needing to figure out the details of transporting their own equipment to a store for repair, long wait times and unfair price markups being put upon customers. Ryan decided it was high time for a rebellion.
