As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard process for having equipment fixed. Concerns he set out to address included customers needing to figure out the logistics of bringing their own equipment to a store for repair, long turnaround times and sky-high price escalations being put upon customers. Ryan decided it was high time for resistance. So, he started his own mobile repair company for equipment ranging from lawn mowers to ATVs to handheld maintenance implements like leaf blowers.
