As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the typical process for having equipment repaired. Concerns he aimed to solve were customers having to figure out the details of bringing their own equipment to a shop for repair, lengthy turnaround times and sky-high price escalations being transferred to customers.
