As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the typical process for having equipment repaired. Concerns he set out to address were customers having to sort out the details of transporting their own equipment to a shop for fixing, long wait times and sky-high price escalations being put upon customers.
