As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the standard process for getting equipment fixed. Pain points he set out to solve were customers needing to figure out the details of bringing their own equipment to a store for repair, long wait times and sky-high price escalations being put upon customers.
