As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the standard process for having equipment repaired. Concerns he aimed to address included customers needing to figure out the logistics of transporting their own items to a shop for fixing, long wait times and unfair price markups being put upon customers.
