As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the typical procedure for having equipment repaired. Pain points he aimed to solve were customers needing to figure out the logistics of bringing their own items to a shop for fixing, lengthy turnaround times and sky-high price escalations being put upon customers.
