As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard procedure for getting equipment repaired. Concerns he set out to address included customers needing to sort out the logistics of transporting their own items to a shop for fixing, lengthy turnaround times and unfair price escalations being put upon customers.
