As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard process for having equipment repaired. Pain points he aimed to address included customers having to figure out the details of bringing their own equipment to a store for fixing, long wait times and sky-high price markups being transferred to customers. Ryan felt it was high time for resistance. So, he established his own mobile repair service for equipment spanning from lawn tractors to ATVs to yard maintenance tools such as chainsaws.
