As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the typical process for having equipment repaired. Pain points he aimed to address were customers needing to figure out the logistics of transporting their own equipment to a store for fixing, long wait times and unfair price escalations being transferred to customers. Ryan decided it was time for resistance. So, he created his own mobile repair company for items ranging from lawn mowers to ATVs to yard maintenance implements like leaf blowers.
