As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the typical process for getting equipment fixed. Pain points he aimed to solve included customers having to sort out the details of bringing their own items to a shop for fixing, lengthy turnaround times and unfair price escalations being transferred to customers. Ryan decided it was time for a rebellion. So, he created his own mobile repair service for equipment spanning from lawn tractors to golf carts to yard maintenance tools such as leaf blowers.
