As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard procedure for having equipment fixed. Pain points he aimed to solve included customers having to figure out the logistics of bringing their own equipment to a shop for fixing, lengthy turnaround times and unfair price escalations being transferred to customers.
