As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard process for getting equipment fixed. Pain points he aimed to solve were customers needing to figure out the details of bringing their own equipment to a shop for fixing, lengthy wait times and sky-high price markups being put upon customers.
