As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the typical process for getting equipment repaired. Pain points he set out to solve included customers having to figure out the logistics of bringing their own equipment to a shop for repair, long wait times and sky-high price markups being transferred to customers.
