As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the standard process for getting equipment repaired. Pain points he set out to address included customers needing to sort out the details of bringing their own equipment to a store for repair, long turnaround times and unfair price markups being put upon customers.
