As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the typical process for having equipment fixed. Pain points he set out to solve were customers needing to sort out the logistics of transporting their own items to a shop for repair, long wait times and sky-high price markups being put upon customers.
