As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard procedure for getting equipment fixed. Pain points he aimed to solve were customers having to figure out the logistics of bringing their own equipment to a store for repair, long turnaround times and sky-high price markups being put upon customers.
