As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the standard process for getting equipment fixed. Concerns he aimed to address were customers having to figure out the details of transporting their own equipment to a store for repair, long wait times and sky-high price markups being put upon customers.
