As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the standard process for getting equipment fixed. Pain points he aimed to address included customers having to sort out the details of transporting their own equipment to a shop for fixing, long turnaround times and unfair price markups being put upon customers. Ryan decided it was time for resistance. So, he started his own mobile repair company for equipment ranging from lawn tractors to ATVs to handheld maintenance implements like leaf blowers.
