As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the typical process for having equipment repaired. Concerns he set out to solve were customers needing to figure out the details of transporting their own equipment to a shop for repair, lengthy wait times and unfair price escalations being transferred to customers.
