As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the typical process for getting equipment repaired. Concerns he aimed to solve included customers needing to sort out the logistics of bringing their own equipment to a shop for repair, long turnaround times and sky-high price escalations being transferred to customers.
