As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the standard procedure for getting equipment repaired. Concerns he set out to address included customers needing to figure out the details of transporting their own equipment to a shop for fixing, lengthy wait times and sky-high price markups being put upon customers.
