As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard procedure for having equipment repaired. Pain points he aimed to address included customers needing to figure out the logistics of bringing their own equipment to a store for repair, long wait times and unfair price markups being put upon customers.
