As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard procedure for having equipment fixed. Pain points he aimed to address included customers needing to sort out the logistics of transporting their own equipment to a shop for repair, long wait times and sky-high price escalations being put upon customers. Ryan decided it was time for resistance. So, he created his own mobile repair service for equipment spanning from lawn tractors to ATVs to yard maintenance tools such as leaf blowers.
