As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the standard procedure for getting equipment repaired. Pain points he aimed to address were customers having to sort out the logistics of bringing their own equipment to a shop for fixing, lengthy turnaround times and unfair price escalations being put upon customers.
