As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the typical procedure for having equipment fixed. Pain points he aimed to solve included customers needing to figure out the details of transporting their own equipment to a store for repair, long wait times and sky-high price escalations being transferred to customers. Ryan felt it was high time for resistance. So, he started his own mobile repair company for equipment spanning from lawn tractors to golf carts to yard maintenance implements such as chainsaws.
