As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard process for having equipment fixed. Concerns he aimed to solve included customers needing to sort out the details of transporting their own items to a shop for repair, lengthy wait times and sky-high price escalations being put upon customers.
