As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the standard procedure for having equipment repaired. Pain points he aimed to address were customers needing to sort out the logistics of bringing their own equipment to a shop for fixing, long turnaround times and unfair price markups being put upon customers.
