As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard process for having equipment repaired. Concerns he aimed to solve included customers having to figure out the details of bringing their own equipment to a shop for fixing, long wait times and unfair price escalations being put upon customers.
