As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the typical process for having equipment fixed. Pain points he aimed to solve included customers having to figure out the details of bringing their own items to a store for repair, long turnaround times and unfair price markups being transferred to customers.
