As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the typical process for getting equipment repaired. Concerns he aimed to solve were customers having to figure out the logistics of transporting their own equipment to a shop for repair, long turnaround times and unfair price escalations being transferred to customers.
