As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the typical process for having equipment fixed. Concerns he set out to solve were customers needing to sort out the logistics of transporting their own equipment to a store for repair, long wait times and unfair price markups being put upon customers.
