As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard process for getting equipment fixed. Concerns he set out to address were customers needing to figure out the logistics of bringing their own items to a shop for repair, long turnaround times and sky-high price markups being transferred to customers.
