As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the standard procedure for having equipment fixed. Pain points he aimed to address were customers needing to sort out the details of bringing their own equipment to a store for repair, long turnaround times and unfair price escalations being transferred to customers. Ryan felt it was high time for resistance. So, he started his own mobile repair service for items ranging from lawn tractors to ATVs to yard maintenance tools like leaf blowers.
