As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the typical procedure for having equipment fixed. Pain points he set out to address included customers needing to sort out the details of bringing their own equipment to a shop for repair, lengthy wait times and unfair price markups being transferred to customers.
