As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the typical process for having equipment repaired. Concerns he aimed to address included customers having to sort out the details of bringing their own items to a store for repair, long turnaround times and sky-high price escalations being put upon customers.
