As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard procedure for having equipment fixed. Concerns he set out to solve were customers having to sort out the details of bringing their own equipment to a shop for repair, lengthy wait times and unfair price markups being put upon customers.
