As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the typical procedure for having equipment fixed. Pain points he aimed to solve included customers needing to figure out the details of bringing their own items to a store for fixing, lengthy wait times and sky-high price markups being put upon customers.
