As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the standard procedure for having equipment repaired. Pain points he set out to solve were customers having to figure out the details of bringing their own equipment to a store for fixing, long turnaround times and unfair price markups being put upon customers.
