As the name suggests, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the standard procedure for getting equipment fixed. Pain points he aimed to solve were customers having to sort out the logistics of bringing their own equipment to a store for fixing, long wait times and unfair price escalations being put upon customers.
