As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was started by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was exhausted by the typical procedure for getting equipment fixed. Pain points he aimed to solve were customers needing to figure out the details of transporting their own equipment to a store for fixing, long wait times and unfair price markups being put upon customers.
