As the name implies, One Man Rebellion was founded by one man — named Ryan Jakubowski — who was fed up with the standard process for having equipment repaired. Pain points he aimed to solve were customers needing to sort out the details of transporting their own equipment to a shop for repair, lengthy wait times and unfair price escalations being put upon customers.
